You don’t need to configure everything on day one. You can progress step by step as needed — most merchants start with account + team + 1 store + WhatsApp, and add the rest later.

Morocco specifics 🇲🇦

Sendocki is designed for Moroccan merchants, with:
  • Native COD: cash-on-delivery management is first-class (not just an add-on)
  • WhatsApp first: recognition that 90%+ of Moroccan merchants use WhatsApp as their main customer channel
  • Call-center roles: “Confirmation Agent” pre-configured for stores with COD call teams
  • Law 09-08 / CNDP compliance: data stored in respect of the Moroccan framework
  • French interface by default (English and Arabic available)
