Sendocki integrates with the main e-commerce platforms via secure connection: your orders arrive automatically in Sendocki as soon as they’re created in your store, with no manual synchronization.
You can connect multiple stores in the same Sendocki account, even from different platforms — each store remains independent but all their orders arrive in the same centralized dashboard.

Using another platform? (Magento, PrestaShop, Wix, LightFunnels, OpenCart, custom…) We prioritize new connectors based on demand. Write to support@sendocki.com with your platform name and monthly order volume — that helps us prioritize the roadmap.

How it works technically

Whatever the platform, Sendocki follows the same principle: secure connection to receive new orders in real time.

Direct installation from your store admin

You install Sendocki from your platform’s app store (Shopify App Store, YouCan Marketplace). Authorization happens in one click from your store admin — no technical key to copy-paste manually.

Automatic configuration

Sendocki automatically sets up everything needed to receive your orders in real time and comply with GDPR obligations. You don’t need to configure anything on the platform side.

Real-time reception

As soon as an order is created in your store, it appears in Sendocki within seconds.

Authenticity verification

Sendocki automatically verifies that every order received truly comes from your platform. No risk of fake orders injected by a third party.

Frequently asked questions

Sendocki develops its connectors based on merchant demand. To prioritize your platform:
  1. Write to support@sendocki.com
  2. Specify: platform name, your store URL, monthly order volume
  3. If many merchants request the same platform, it’s prioritized
Meanwhile, you can create test orders manually in Sendocki to evaluate the tool, and use our other features (WhatsApp, team, carriers).
The connection captures future orders — those created after connection. To import existing history, contact support: we offer assisted manual imports for merchants migrating from another tool.
Currently, modifications made in Sendocki are not pushed back to your original store (read-only mode). You manage operations in Sendocki, your store remains the source of customer data.
Yes, anytime:
  • From Sendocki: Connectors → click your store → “Disconnect” button
  • From your store admin: uninstall the Sendocki app
Your already-imported orders remain in Sendocki (consultable history), but no new orders will be received until reconnection.
Yes — to process an order, Sendocki receives the necessary information: customer name, phone, address, items, amount, etc. All this data is stored securely and in compliance with law 09-08 / CNDP (Morocco).In case of uninstallation, Sendocki automatically applies data deletion requests in compliance with GDPR.
Yes — Sendocki is designed to absorb order peaks without loss. Your flash campaigns, sales, and big events pose no problem.
