Do you use Sendocki every day to manage your orders and WhatsApp messages? Install it as a real application — on your computer (desktop/dock icon, dedicated window) or on your phone (home screen icon, full-screen opening).
It’s free, takes 10 seconds, and you can uninstall anytime.
Sendocki remains primarily optimized for desktop use (large screens, keyboard input). Mobile installation is available but the interface is designed for computer — useful for quick consultation or troubleshooting on the go.

⚠️ Important — install from the right place

Installation only works if you access Sendocki directly via app.sendocki.com in your browser.If you open Sendocki from the Shopify launcher or YouCan back-office, the “Install” option will not appear — this is a technical browser restriction (cannot install an app from an embedded frame).
👉 What to do: open a new tab, type app.sendocki.com, log in, then follow the installation steps above. Once Sendocki is installed, you can freely use it to manage all your Shopify, YouCan, and other connector stores as usual.

If you can’t install, Sendocki continues to work perfectly in your browser. You lose nothing.

Updates

When we publish a new version of Sendocki, you’ll see a small banner at bottom right of your window:
🔔 A new version of Sendocki is available. [Reload] [Later]
  • Reload: applies the update immediately (10 seconds max)
  • Later: continues what you were doing, the banner will reappear later
If you’re writing a WhatsApp message or editing an order, finish first before clicking Reload to not lose your input.

Uninstall Sendocki

  1. Open Sendocki (installed window)
  2. Click the menu top right
  3. Click Uninstall Sendocki
Or: Windows → Settings → Apps → Sendocki → Uninstall
  1. Applications folder in Finder
  2. Drag the Sendocki icon to the trash
  3. Empty the trash
  1. Long press on the Sendocki icon on home screen
  2. Tap “Uninstall”
  1. Long press on the Sendocki icon
  2. Tap “Delete app” then “Delete from Home Screen”
Your Sendocki data (orders, messages, settings) remains intact on our servers. Uninstalling the installed app deletes nothing — you can still use Sendocki in your browser or reinstall anytime.

Frequently asked questions

No, technically the same. The installed window uses the same resources as the corresponding browser tab.
No. Sendocki remains a web application. Your orders and WhatsApp messages are still stored on our servers. Installation just creates a dedicated window and shortcut.
Yes — see the “On mobile” section above. On Android, use Chrome. On iPhone / iPad, you must use Safari (iOS 16.4 or later).⚠️ Note that Sendocki is mainly designed for desktop use (large screen, keyboard input).
Apple requires all iOS browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) to use the Safari engine, but only Safari itself exposes the install option. This is an Apple restriction, not Sendocki.
You stay on the login page in the installed window — exactly like in a browser. Nothing to reinstall.
One installation is enough. You can log out / log in with another account in the same installed window.
