WhatsApp is the #1 channel for e-commerce customer relations in Morocco. Sendocki centralizes all your WhatsApp exchanges in the same dashboard as your orders — with Meta-integrated onboarding (no complex manual configuration), pre-approved templates, and automations triggered by your pipeline stages.
With WhatsApp in Sendocki, you see a customer’s complete history (all their orders + all their conversations) on one screen — no more copy-paste between WhatsApp Web and your back-office.

What you can do

Receive customer messages

All WhatsApp messages arrive in Sendocki, automatically attributed to the right order when possible

Send with Meta templates

Meta pre-approved templates for status notifications (confirmation, shipment, delivery, COD)

Automate by pipeline stage

Auto notification at each pipeline stage change (e.g., “Shipped” → WhatsApp message sent)

Manage as a team

Multiple collaborators (Confirmation Agent, Manager…) can reply from the same WhatsApp inbox, without conflict

Multi-number WhatsApp

Connect multiple WhatsApp Business numbers to your Sendocki account (e.g., 1 customer service number + 1 COD reminder number)

Unified customer history

See all orders + all messages from a customer on one screen, from any profile

Prerequisites before connecting

WhatsApp Business API (official Meta, not the WhatsApp Business app for phone) is required. You must have:
  • A dedicated phone number (not used on personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app)
  • A verified Facebook Business Manager account (can be created during onboarding)
  • Validated business identity with Meta (can be done during onboarding)
Don’t worry: thanks to the guided Meta installation integrated into Sendocki, all this is done in a guided journey without leaving Sendocki.

Integrated onboarding (guided installation)

Sendocki uses a guided Meta installation flow — an embedded Meta window that handles all your WhatsApp Business account creation and verification without any technical key to configure manually.
1

Go to Connectors → WhatsApp

Main menu → Connectors → click on WhatsApp or “Add a WhatsApp number”
2

Click 'Connect via Meta'

The main button launches the guided Meta installation in a popup
3

Log in with Facebook

Connect to the Facebook account that manages / will manage your WhatsApp business (ideally an admin account)
4

Choose or create your Meta Portfolio

Select an existing portfolio (Business Manager), or create a new one during the flow
5

Choose or create your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account)

The WABA is the entity that hosts your WhatsApp number. Same: selection or creation
6

Enter the phone number

The number to link to your WhatsApp Business
7

Number verification (SMS or call)

Code received by SMS or call — enter in Meta
8

Configure your business profile

Business name, logo, description, hours — visible to your customers in WhatsApp
9

Sendocki finalizes the connection

The connector switches to “Active” status. You can start sending / receiving messages
Total duration: ~10-15 minutes if all prerequisites are in place. 20-30 minutes if you need to create the portfolio + WABA in parallel.
If the Meta connection fails (popup closed, timeout, Meta error), Sendocki displays a clear message to retry. You can relaunch the process as many times as needed.

Multi-number WhatsApp

Sendocki supports connecting multiple WhatsApp numbers in the same account. Typical use cases:
ConfigurationFor whom
1 main “Customer Service” numberSolo classic store
1 “Confirmation” + 1 “Delivery” numberSpecialized Morocco call center team
1 number per brand / storeMulti-brand merchant
1 “Pro” + 1 “Personal” numberOwner / team separation
Each number is an independent connector with its own Meta auth, its own templates, and its own team permissions.

Configure your message templates

Meta templates are pre-approved messages you can send proactively to your customers (status notifications, reminders, confirmations). Without an approved template, you can only reply to customers who wrote to you in the last 24 hours (Meta conversation window).
1

Go to Message templates

Main menu → Message templates (or /templates)
2

Sendocki offers ready-to-use templates

Common templates: order confirmation, shipment, delivery, COD reminder, etc.
3

Customize the text (optional)

Adapt the wording to your brand. Variables available: {{customer_name}}, {{order_number}}, {{amount}}, etc.
4

Submit to Meta for approval

Meta validates in 1-48h (often a few hours). Status visible in Sendocki: PENDINGAPPROVED / REJECTED
5

Approved template → usable

You can send it manually from a conversation, or use it in an automation
Templates rejected by Meta are often due to overly direct commercial text or unusual emojis. Sendocki indicates the reason for rejection and suggests fixes.

Automate notifications (Automations)

Sendocki allows you to trigger automatic sending of a WhatsApp template at each pipeline stage change (the pipeline you configured — see Create your pipeline).

Typical Morocco use case (COD)

Pipeline stage reachedRecommended template
To confirm (call queue)“Hi , we received your order #. Do you confirm your purchase?”
Confirmed”Thanks! Your order # is confirmed. Preparation in progress.”
Shipped”Your order # has shipped with . Tracking number:
Delivered”Your order # has been delivered! Thanks for your trust.”
To collect (COD pending)“Reminder: please prepare MAD for the driver.”

Configure an automation

1

Go to Message templates → Automations tab

Page /templatesAutomations tab
2

Click 'New automation'

Button top right
3

Choose the pipeline stage that will trigger the send

The pipeline stage that will send the message (e.g., “Shipped”)
4

Choose the Meta template

Select from your approved templates
5

Map the variables

Link template variables to order data ({{customer_name}}order.customerName, etc.)
6

Activate

ON toggle — the automation is immediately active for future orders
You can see recent send attempts in Templates → “History” tab — useful for debug if an expected message didn’t go out.

Frequently asked questions

Meta charges per initiated conversation (24h rolling). Indicative Morocco rates (2026):
  • Utility conversation (confirmation, shipment, delivery): ~€0.04
  • Marketing conversation (promotion): ~€0.08
  • Authentication conversation (OTP, code): ~€0.02
  • Customer service conversation (initiated by customer): free
Sendocki shows costs in real time in your billing dashboard.
Yes, but the migration to WhatsApp Business API (done during Sendocki onboarding) disables the WhatsApp Business app on your phone for this number. If you want to keep the app for personal or parallel commercial use, use another number for Sendocki.
No — all management is done from the Sendocki interface in the browser (or installed PWA). No WhatsApp app to install on collaborator side.
Your WhatsApp Business number remains yours at Meta (the WABA is on your Business Manager, not ours), but you lose access via Sendocki. You can reconnect it to another WhatsApp Business API-compatible tool.
Meta limits per WABA (typically 250 templates max per category). For 99% of Sendocki merchants, you’ll be very far from this limit.
Yes — you can configure multiple automations on the same pipeline stage (e.g., 1 template to the customer + 1 template to the driver). But watch out for cost (each initiated conversation is charged).
When a customer writes to you, Sendocki searches your database if this phone number is associated with a recent order. If yes → conversation attached to that order. If no → orphan conversation, manually attributable by your team.
