Sendocki lets you work as a team with differentiated roles: everyone sees and does only what concerns them. Five role types available, including the ability to create your own custom roles.
Inviting your team from the start is more efficient than configuring everything alone and training later — your collaborators learn by doing.

The 4 system roles + custom

Owner

Full access to everything — orders, deliveries, team, billing, integrations, account deletion. The role of the person who created the Sendocki account. At least one Owner must always exist on the account.

Manager

Operational management and configuration. Can manage members and permissions, configure order urgency, customer segmentation, stock rules. Has dashboard and analytics access. Cannot manage billing or delete the account.

Confirmation Agent

Specialized in call queue and order confirmation by phone / WhatsApp. Sees orders to confirm, has operational dashboard. Financial KPIs hidden. Ideal for a COD call center.

Delivery Agent

Specialized in delivery tracking and field confirmations. Sees orders assigned to them, confirms deliveries and cash collections from mobile. Financial KPIs hidden. Ideal for internal delivery staff.

🛠️ Custom role

If system roles don’t cover your needs (e.g., “Returns Manager”, “Read-only Accountant”, “Restricted Intern”), you can create custom roles with à-la-carte permissions.

Create a custom role

Choose the name and exact permissions (read/write by module)

Invite a collaborator

Go to Settings → Team

User menu (top right) → SettingsTeam tab

Click 'Invite a member'

Enter email + choose role

Collaborator’s email + select the appropriate role (Manager, Confirmation Agent, Delivery Agent, or an existing custom role)

Send the invitation

The collaborator receives an email with a link to join Sendocki

Validation by the collaborator

They click the link, create their account (Google or email), automatically join your store with the assigned role
The Owner role cannot be assigned via classic invitation — only the person who created the account is Owner. To transfer ownership, contact support.

Financial KPIs (revenue, margin, delivered AOV) are hidden by default for Agent and Viewer roles — to avoid exposing business figures to operational or external collaborators.

Create a custom role

Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions

User menu → SettingsRoles & Permissions tab

Click 'Create a role'

Name the role

E.g., “Accountant”, “Order Intern”, “Returns Manager”

Check permissions

List of available permissions, organized by module (Orders, Deliveries, Analytics, Stock, Team…)

Set KPI visibility

Choose whether this role sees financial KPIs (revenue, margin, earnings)

Save

The role appears in the list and can be assigned to invitations or existing members

Change an existing member’s role

Settings → Team

Members list

Click on the member

Opens their profile

Select another role from the dropdown

Save

Immediate effect — the member is notified of their new role

Remove a member

Removing a member immediately disables their access to your store. Their past actions (processed orders, sent messages, confirmations) remain visible in history with their name.

Confirm

You must type the member’s name to confirm (anti-error)
You cannot remove the last Owner of the account. To transfer ownership first, contact support at support@sendocki.com.

  • 1-2 Manager (ops leads)
  • 3-5 Confirmation Agent (call center team calling customers)
  • 2-3 Delivery Agent (your internal couriers)
  • 1 Owner

  • No delivery agent (carrier handles it)
  • 1 Owner (you manage everything)
  • Possibly 1 collaborator as Manager to assist you
  • Your usual internal roles
    • 1 custom ‘Accountant’ role: read-only on billing and financial KPIs, no access to orders/customers
