Creating a Sendocki account takes less than 2 minutes and is completely free to get started. Two sign-up methods: by email (with verification code) or via Google.

Sign-up methods

No Sendocki password to create, no code to verify — your Google account is your identifier. Recommended if you have a professional Google Workspace.

Go to app.sendocki.com/register

Open the registration page in your browser

Click 'Continue with Google'

Choose your pro account (ideally the one for your store)

Set a Sendocki password

Even with Google, Sendocki asks for a password (useful if you want to log in without Google later). Asked on the next page.

Store name, first/last name, country

Password policy

Sendocki enforces a strict policy to protect your account:

Must containAt least 1 uppercase (A-Z)
Must containAt least 1 digit (0-9)
Must containAt least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*()...)
Choose a unique password for Sendocki (different from your Gmail, Shopify, etc.). Sendocki stores your orders, customer conversations, and financial data — protect your access.
Use a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, KeePass…) to generate and store strong passwords without having to remember them.

Log in to Sendocki

Once your account is created, return to app.sendocki.com (or directly app.sendocki.com/auth).

Remember me (optional)

Check “Remember me” to stay logged in for 30 days without re-entering the password (on this device only)

Click 'Log in'

You’re redirected to the dashboard
Do NOT check “Remember me” on a shared device (family PC, cybercafe, etc.).

Enter your email

The email you registered with

Check your inbox

Sendocki sends an email with a secure link (valid for a few hours)

Click the link in the email

The link redirects you to /reset-password with a unique token

Set a new password

The new password must comply with the same policy (8 chars, uppercase, digit, special)

Log in with the new password

You’re redirected to the login page
If you registered only with Google and never set a Sendocki password, use “Continue with Google” on the login page — there’s no password to recover.

Change your password (when logged in)

Once in Sendocki, you can change your password at any time:

You’re logged out of all your other sessions (security), only the current session remains active

Advanced security

Log out of all sessions

If you think your account has been compromised (stolen computer, guessed password), log out of all your devices at once:

All devices, except this one, are logged out immediately

Change your password

After a forced logout, change your password as a bonus

Rate limiting

To prevent brute force attacks, Sendocki limits:
  • Login attempts (X attempts per minute per IP/email)
  • OTP sends (anti-spam)
  • Password reset requests
If you see “Too many attempts”, wait a few minutes before retrying.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, from Settings → My account. A confirmation email is sent to the new address to verify you have access.
One account = one organization. You can create multiple Sendocki organizations with the same email (one per store, for example), but they’re completely isolated from each other.
Contact support at support@sendocki.com specifying your store name — we can find you in our systems.
Possible causes: (1) rate limit after too many wrong attempts — wait 5-10 min; (2) account temporarily suspended — contact support.
Not yet. Sendocki plans to add 2FA (via TOTP / Google Authenticator) in a future release. Meanwhile, choose a strong unique password, and enable 2FA on your Google account if you log in via Google.
