Sendocki integrates directly with your carrier to create packages, print labels, track deliveries, and manage returns, all from your Sendocki dashboard.
All delivery stages (creation, pickup, transit, delivery, stock return) are synchronized in real time with your carrier — no need to juggle between Sendocki and the carrier portal.

🚧 In integration — Sendocki develops additional carrier connectors based on merchant demand
Using another carrier? (Ozonexpress, Ameex, Cathedis, ForceLog, DHL, internal delivery, etc.) We prioritize new connectors based on demand volume. Write to support@sendocki.com specifying your main carrier and monthly volume.Meanwhile, you can manually manage shipments to your other carriers from the Orders interface, and fully use Sendocki’s other features (WhatsApp, team, dashboard).

Connect Sendit — quick guide

Go to Connectors → Carriers

Your connection credentials provided by Sendit (merchant account with them required)

What Sendocki does with your carrier

Once connected, your carrier is automatically used for:

Create packages

Automatic package creation at the carrier as soon as an order is ready to ship

Generate labels

PDF shipping label printing directly from Sendocki

Request pickup

Schedule home pickup from Sendocki (depending on carrier capabilities)

Track packages in real time

Statuses updated automatically: picked up, in transit, delivered, etc.

Confirm COD collection

For COD deliveries, collection is confirmed by your carrier and synced

Manage returns

Complete tracking of returned packages until stock reception confirmation

Whatever carrier you use, Sendocki displays a clear and uniform tracking in your dashboard. The main stages you’ll see:

You don’t need to understand carrier-specific codes — Sendocki handles the translation automatically.

Morocco-specific use cases

💰 Cash on delivery (COD)

Most Moroccan e-commerce operates in COD. Sendit (and other integrable Moroccan carriers) natively handles cash collection on delivery and remits it to the merchant.

For orders cancelled or refused by the customer, Sendocki tracks the package return until reception confirmation in stock — important for your inventory and accounting.

Frequently asked questions

3 options:
  1. Request the integration: write to support@sendocki.com specifying the carrier and your monthly order volume
  2. Manual handling in Sendocki: create shipments manually (tracking number entered by hand)
  3. Continue using your carrier’s portal in parallel with Sendocki
No limit — you can connect all the supported carriers you use. When shipping an order, you choose the carrier case-by-case.
Statuses are updated in real time as soon as the carrier notifies a change. No need to refresh manually.
Sendocki automatically retries in case of communication problem. If a status remains out-of-date, you can force a refresh from the interface.
