Sendocki integrates with YouCan by direct installation from your YouCan Seller Area: authorization happens in one click, no technical key to configure manually.
You can connect multiple YouCan stores in the same Sendocki account — particularly useful for Moroccan merchants with several distinct sites.

Prerequisites

  • An active YouCan account with an online store
  • Admin rights on the store
  • A Sendocki account already created (Create my account)

Installation

Go to Connectors

In Sendocki, open the Connectors page and click the YouCan card

Choose your store and authorize

You are redirected to the YouCan Seller Area. Select the store to connect and authorize the Sendocki app to access your orders.

Automatic return to Sendocki

Once authorization is validated, you’re redirected to Sendocki and the connector status automatically updates to “Active”.

What Sendocki sets up automatically

During installation, Sendocki configures everything needed to:
  • ✅ Receive your new orders in real time
  • ✅ Guarantee the authenticity of every order received
  • ✅ Sync your YouCan store configurations
You have nothing to configure manually.

Connect multiple YouCan stores

You can install Sendocki on as many YouCan stores as you have. Each connection is independent:
  • Separate connector per store
  • Orders tagged with their source store
  • Filtering / aggregation possible in the dashboard and analytics

Confirmation

Your already-imported orders remain in Sendocki (history). No new orders will be received.

Frequently asked questions

The connection captures future orders (created after connection). To import existing history, contact support@sendocki.com.
Yes — Sendocki is listed on the YouCan Marketplace. You can also install us directly from there (alternative to the connection flow via Sendocki).
Currently, modifications made in Sendocki are not pushed back to YouCan. You manage operations in Sendocki, YouCan remains the source of customer data.
Sendocki automatically retries in case of issues. If despite that an order is missing, you can force a refresh from the interface or contact support.
As with any data processed by Sendocki, YouCan orders are stored in accordance with the Moroccan framework. See our privacy policy for more details.
