Sendocki integrates with Shopify by direct installation from your Shopify admin: authorization happens in one click, no technical key to copy manually.
You can connect multiple Shopify stores in the same Sendocki account — each store remains independent but all their orders arrive in the same centralized dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • An active Shopify account with a *.myshopify.com store
  • Admin rights on the store (to install an app)
  • A Sendocki account already created (Create my account)

Installation

Go to Connectors

In Sendocki, open the Connectors page and click the Shopify card

Click 'Connect'

The connect button opens a dialog where you enter your store domain

Expected format: my-store.myshopify.com (only the *.myshopify.com subdomain, not your custom domain)

To find your *.myshopify.com domain, open your Shopify admin and look at the URL: https://admin.shopify.com/store/[your-domain]. The [your-domain] + .myshopify.com is what to enter.

Validate the installation in the Shopify popup

Sendocki opens a Shopify popup asking you to authorize the app to access your data (orders, uninstallations, GDPR requests). Click Install app.

If your browser blocks popups, allow popups for Sendocki in the settings and try again. A “Popup blocked” error message appears if applicable.

Automatic return to Sendocki

Once installation is validated in Shopify, you’re automatically redirected to Sendocki. The connector status becomes “Active”.

What Sendocki sets up automatically

During installation, Sendocki configures everything needed to:
  • ✅ Receive your new orders in real time
  • ✅ Automatically detect if you uninstall Sendocki from Shopify
  • ✅ Comply with GDPR / law 09-08 (customer data access and deletion requests)
  • ✅ Guarantee the authenticity of every order received (no fake orders ever)
  • ✅ Avoid duplicates in case of network issues
You have nothing to configure manually.
Sendocki automatically respects Shopify App Store legal obligations (GDPR, CCPA, Morocco law 09-08) — your customers’ data deletion requests are processed without your intervention.

Connect multiple Shopify stores

You can repeat this process for as many Shopify stores as you have. Each connection is independent:
  • Separate connector in the Connectors page
  • Dedicated configurations per store
  • Orders tagged with their source store
For multi-brand merchants with multiple Shopify stores: each store appears as a distinct source in Sendocki, but you can filter / aggregate them in the dashboard and analytics.

Your already-imported orders remain in Sendocki (history). No new orders will be received.

Frequently asked questions

The connection captures future orders (created after connection). To import existing history, contact support@sendocki.com — we offer assisted manual imports for migrating merchants.
Currently, modifications made in Sendocki are not pushed back to Shopify (read-only mode). You manage operations in Sendocki, Shopify remains the source of customer data.
Yes — Sendocki is designed to absorb order peaks without loss. Your flash campaigns, sales, and big events pose no problem.
If you reinstall within 48h of uninstallation, your data is preserved. After 48h, data is deleted by GDPR compliance and you must restart the connection with a manual import if you want history.
Yes — Sendocki is listed on the Shopify App Store. You can also install us directly from there (alternative to the connection flow via Sendocki).
