Sendit is the first carrier natively integrated with Sendocki — nationwide coverage in Morocco, COD management (cash on delivery), home pickup, and real-time tracking via webhook.
Sendit is particularly suited to Moroccan merchants operating in COD: the collection is confirmed directly by the Sendit driver and synchronized in real time to your Sendocki dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • An active Sendit merchant account (sendit.ma — create an account if not done yet)
  • Your Sendit login credentials (provided by Sendit in your merchant area)
  • A Sendocki account already created (Create my account)

Retrieve your Sendit credentials

Log in to your Sendit area

Go to sendit.ma and log in with your merchant account

Retrieve your credentials

Sendit provides you with two connection keys (one public and one private). Copy them to paste into Sendocki in the next step.
Never share your private key on insecure channels (email, chat, screenshots). If in doubt about its confidentiality, ask Sendit to regenerate it.

Connect Sendit in Sendocki

Go to Connectors → Carriers

In Sendocki, open the Connectors page and switch to the Carriers tab

Enter your Sendit credentials

Enter the two keys (public and private) retrieved from your Sendit area. The private key is masked on display for your security.

Test the connection

Sendocki immediately checks your credentials with Sendit. You get visual confirmation of success or a clear error message.
If connection error: check that your credentials are copied without leading or trailing spaces, and that your Sendit account is indeed active.

What Sendocki does with Sendit

Once connected, Sendit is used automatically by Sendocki to:

Create parcels

Automatic parcel generation at Sendit as soon as an order moves to the “Ready to ship” stage

Generate labels

PDF printing of shipping slips directly from Sendocki — no need to go to the Sendit portal

Request pickup

Schedule home pickup from Sendocki, with no manual intervention on the Sendit side

Track parcels in real time

Statuses automatically updated via webhook: picked up, in transit, delivered, return, etc.

Confirm COD collection

For cash-on-delivery shipments, collection is confirmed by the Sendit driver and synchronized in Sendocki

Manage returns

Full parcel tracking on return until stock reception confirmation

Delivery stage tracking

Whatever the progress of your parcel at Sendit, Sendocki displays a clear and uniform status in your dashboard: pending, pickup scheduled, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, return, etc. You don’t need to understand carrier-specific codes — Sendocki does the translation automatically.

Your in-flight parcels remain tracked

Parcels already shipped via Sendit continue to be tracked via remaining webhooks (until delivery or return). Only NEW shipments can no longer use Sendit.

From Sendit (optional)

If you also want to revoke access from Sendit: log in to your Sendit area and regenerate your credentials. The old Sendocki access will be automatically invalidated.

Frequently asked questions

Sendit rates are set directly with Sendit (not by Sendocki). You see the fees on your Sendit invoice, and we display the information in your dashboard if the API provides it.
No — Sendocki takes nothing on your shipments. You pay Sendit directly according to your contract with them.
The Sendit driver collects cash on delivery, then Sendit regularly pays out the total to your bank account (according to your Sendit contract). Sendocki never touches the money — we just track the collection confirmation information.
The parcel returns to the Sendit warehouse then is returned to you. Sendocki tracks all stages of the return automatically (pending, in transit, in warehouse, restocked). You can manage the rest (stock restoration, customer contact) directly in Sendocki.
Sendocki automatically retries in case of issues. If despite that a status doesn’t update, you can force a manual refresh from the interface or contact support.
For now, Sendit is the only carrier natively integrated. For other carriers, you can:
  • Request their integration at support@sendocki.com (prioritization based on merchant volume)
  • Manage shipments manually in Sendocki (manual tracking entry)
  • Continue using their portals in parallel (less smooth)
First contact Sendit to resolve the issue on their side (payment, verification, etc.). Once your account is reactivated, your API credentials remain valid in Sendocki and the connection resumes automatically.
