Content types

Add content
Upload or enter
- For a medium: drag and drop the file or click to browse
- For text: type the message directly
- For a link: paste the URL
Give a title and description
Short and descriptive (e.g. “Summer 2026 catalog — bags”). It’s what appears in the search list.
Place in a category
Choose an existing category or create a new one (e.g. “Products”, “After-sales”, “Promotions”).

From a Meta template
When you create a Meta template with a media header, you can pick the image, video or document directly from the library — no need to re-upload.Content statuses
Each content has a status:| Status | What it means |

| Draft | In preparation, not yet usable |
| Active | Available for the whole team |
| Archived | Hidden from the list but kept for history |
Content preview
Before sending content, you can open it in preview: see how it will display on the customer side (image, file size, video duration, etc.).Best practices
- ✅ Name clearly your content to find it quickly
- ✅ Use categories to structure (Products, After-sales, Promotions…)
- ✅ Compress media before upload (images < 2 MB, videos < 16 MB recommended by Meta)
- ✅ Archive rather than delete to keep history
- ❌ Avoid storing temporary files (a one-shot story visual…) — the library is made for what you reuse
