The customer panel is the right column of the chat. It opens automatically as soon as you click a conversation and displays everything you need to know about the person you’re talking to.

Why it’s useful

Instead of opening another screen to search “is this a new customer? How much have they spent? Have they had an issue?”, you see everything in parallel with the conversation.

What you see

Customer card

  • Name and phone number
  • City and address (if filled in)
  • Tags and status (VIP, at risk, to recontact…)
  • Link to the complete customer card

Statistics

Two key figures displayed prominently:
  • Number of orders already placed
  • Total amount spent (in MAD)
Useful to adapt your tone: new customer to convert? Regular customer to thank? Problematic customer to handle carefully?

Order history

List of the customer’s orders, from most recent to oldest:
  • Order number
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Current pipeline stage (colored badge)
A click on an order opens it in the Orders screen to see details.
It’s very efficient for handling after-sales: the customer calls about a failed delivery, you immediately see their order, amount and stage — without searching for anything.

Automatic customer detection

When a customer writes to you, Sendocki searches for their number in your base:

Unknown numberThe panel displays “Unknown customer” with a button to create them
Number with duplicatesSendocki flags that there are several customer records with this number and offers to merge them
The search is done on several formats of the number (with/without country code, with/without spaces) to limit false negatives.
