Why it’s useful
Instead of opening another screen to search “is this a new customer? How much have they spent? Have they had an issue?”, you see everything in parallel with the conversation.
What you see
Customer card
- Name and phone number
- City and address (if filled in)
- Tags and status (VIP, at risk, to recontact…)
- Link to the complete customer card
Statistics
Two key figures displayed prominently:- Number of orders already placed
- Total amount spent (in MAD)
Order history
List of the customer’s orders, from most recent to oldest:- Order number
- Date
- Amount
- Current pipeline stage (colored badge)
Automatic customer detection
When a customer writes to you, Sendocki searches for their number in your base:| Case | What happens |
|---|---|
| Number already known | The customer panel fills automatically |
| Unknown number | The panel displays “Unknown customer” with a button to create them |
| Number with duplicates | Sendocki flags that there are several customer records with this number and offers to merge them |
The search is done on several formats of the number (with/without country code, with/without spaces) to limit false negatives.
