Campaigns let you send the same message to a group of targeted customers — with an approved Meta template, based on a customer segment.

Planned use cases

  • 🎯 Promotion: send an offer to a specific segment (VIP customers, last purchase > 3 months ago…)
  • 📦 New product: announce a novelty to customers in a category
  • 🔁 Re-engagement: re-engage dormant customers
  • 📣 Announcement: schedule change, event, important info

How it will work

The general idea:

Choose a segment

From existing customer segments (e.g. “VIP customers”, “Casablanca customers spent > 1000 MAD”).

Choose a Meta template

Map variables

Indicate what data to use for {{1}}, {{2}}… (name, city, last order, etc.).

Preview and estimate cost

See the rendering on an example and the total estimated cost (Meta charges per conversation).

Launch or schedule

Immediate send or scheduled at a specific date/time.

Track results

Send rate, delivery rate, response rate, generated conversions.

In the meantime

For one-off group sends, you can:
  • Manually send a Meta template from the chat, conversation by conversation
  • Configure a pipeline automation to trigger a message on transition to a specific stage
