It’s one of the most-used features of Sendocki: a customer writes to you to order, you create the order directly from the conversation, without opening another screen.

When to use it

  • A customer writes “I want 2 bags and 1 belt”
  • A customer confirms a request after an exchange
  • You take an order by phone while chatting
In short: every time the conversation leads to a sale, in one click you create the order.

Launch creation

From any conversation, click the “Create an order” button (cart icon at the top of the conversation). A window opens, pre-filled with what’s already known:
  • The customer name (from WhatsApp)
  • The phone number (from the conversation)
  • The existing customer card if the number is already in your base

The 3 sections to fill

Customer

Check or complete customer info:
  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email (optional)
  • Delivery address
  • City
If the customer already exists in your base, their info is pre-filled automatically and a green “Existing customer” badge displays.If it’s a new customer, they will be created at the same time as the order.

Products

Add one or more products from your catalog:
  • Search by name or reference
  • Choose the variant (size, color) if applicable
  • Adjust the quantity
The total updates automatically.
You can also enter a free product (off-catalog) if needed — useful for one-off sales.

Order details

  • Starting pipeline stage (default: first stage of your pipeline)
  • Payment method: cash on delivery, online payment, other
  • Payment status: pending, paid
  • Assigned agent / team (optional)
  • Internal note on the order (optional)

Validate the creation

Click “Create the order”. In 1 second: ✅ The order is created in your pipeline
✅ It is linked to the WhatsApp conversation (visible in the customer panel)
✅ If the customer didn’t exist, their card is created
✅ If an automation is configured on the starting stage, it triggers
You then return directly to the conversation to continue chatting — the order now runs in your normal pipeline.

Special cases

If the customer card has several saved addresses, you can choose which to use for this order.
Enter it as a free product (name + price + quantity). It will be attached to the order but not tracked in your stock.
You can manually adjust the total amount before validation. Sendocki keeps a trace of the difference between catalog price and applied price.
Possible — click “Create an order” again later. Each order stays linked to the same conversation and appears in the customer history.
