The Orders tab in Analytics dissects the life of your orders: their progression, their channels of origin, the reasons for their failures, and above all those that are at risk and need action.

The indicators at the top

Confirmation rate

The share of your orders confirmed.

Cancellation rate

The share of your orders cancelled.

Average confirmation time

The average time between creation and confirmation.

Pending orders

How many are still waiting to be processed.

Order lifecycle

A chart shows you, day by day, how many orders reached each stage for the first time: created, confirmed, shipped, delivered, returned. You can show or hide each series to compare what interests you.
Compare the “created” curve with the “confirmed” curve: the gap between the two is your room for improvement on confirmation.

Where your orders come from

The breakdown by source tells you how many orders come from each channel: online store, WhatsApp, manual creation, call center, marketplace, etc. A list of top cities completes the view on the destination side.

The failure reasons

Three blocks side by side group your friction points, each expandable to see the detail:

↩️ Returns

Why parcels come back, classified by reason.

⚠️ Delivery failures

Why deliveries don’t go through.

🚫 Cancelled

Why orders are cancelled.
These reasons come from your team’s work in the field. The more they are filled in, the more useful this analysis is for fixing the root cause.

At-risk orders

A dedicated block highlights the pending orders that risk slipping away from you. It classifies them along three angles:
AngleWhat it flags
AgeHow long they have been waiting (from less than an hour to more than 24 h)
📋 Missing informationOrders without a phone number or city — impossible to process as is
🔴 Critical riskPending, old and incomplete all at once: to be handled first
Tackle the critical risk first: these are the orders most likely to be lost if no one acts today.
