The Trends tab is your at-a-glance summary: six key indicators, each with its change versus the previous period. This is where you spot in a few seconds what’s improving and what’s deteriorating.

The six indicators

📦 Orders created

The number of orders created over the period. This is the comparison base for the rates that follow.

✅ Confirmation

The share of your created orders that were confirmed at least once.

🚚 Delivery

The share of your created orders that are currently delivered.

↩️ Returns

The share of your created orders that are currently being returned.

🚫 Cancelled

The share of your created orders currently cancelled.

💰 Delivered revenue

The revenue from created orders that are actually delivered.

The change vs previous period

Each card shows an arrow ↗ or ↘ with the gap versus the equivalent period before. This is what turns a raw number into a signal: a confirmation rate of 70% doesn’t mean the same thing whether it’s rising or falling.
Focus first on the red arrows: those are your top priority concerns. Click a card to see its breakdown.

Breaking down an indicator

Several cards expand to show the detail behind the overall number:
IndicatorWhat the breakdown reveals
ConfirmationPre-confirmation rate, confirmation by call
DeliveryOn confirmed orders, on shipped orders, failure rate, recovered deliveries
ReturnsBefore delivery, after delivery, on shipped, on confirmed
CancelledBefore / after confirmation, unreachable, no answer, answer obtained
These sub-indicators help you locate where the problem lies. To go further, open the dedicated tab — Orders, Deliveries, etc.
