The six indicators
📦 Orders created
The number of orders created over the period. This is the comparison base for the rates that follow.
✅ Confirmation
The share of your created orders that were confirmed at least once.
🚚 Delivery
The share of your created orders that are currently delivered.
↩️ Returns
The share of your created orders that are currently being returned.
🚫 Cancelled
The share of your created orders currently cancelled.
💰 Delivered revenue
The revenue from created orders that are actually delivered.
The change vs previous period
Each card shows an arrow ↗ or ↘ with the gap versus the equivalent period before. This is what turns a raw number into a signal: a confirmation rate of 70% doesn’t mean the same thing whether it’s rising or falling.Breaking down an indicator
Several cards expand to show the detail behind the overall number:| Indicator | What the breakdown reveals |
|---|---|
| Confirmation | Pre-confirmation rate, confirmation by call |
| Delivery | On confirmed orders, on shipped orders, failure rate, recovered deliveries |
| Returns | Before delivery, after delivery, on shipped, on confirmed |
| Cancelled | Before / after confirmation, unreachable, no answer, answer obtained |
