How the connection will work

Carriers all follow the same principle in Sendocki:

Enter your Olivraison credentials

From Connectors → Carriers, choose Olivraison and enter the credentials provided by your Olivraison merchant account.

Choose your delivery mode

Indicate how you work: pickup (the carrier comes to collect your parcels) or storage (your parcels are dropped off / stored at the carrier).

Map the statuses

Link Olivraison statuses to your Sendocki stages, so that your orders move automatically through your pipeline.
4

Test then activate

Sendocki checks the connection, then Olivraison becomes available for shipping.
Once the mapping is done, you no longer have to understand the carrier’s codes: Sendocki translates everything into clear statuses (in transit, delivered, return…).
