How the connection will work

Carriers all follow the same principle in Sendocki:

Enter your DigyLog credentials

From Connectors → Carriers, choose DigyLog and enter the credentials provided by your DigyLog merchant account.

Choose your delivery mode

Indicate how you work: pickup (the carrier comes to collect your parcels) or storage (your parcels are dropped off / stored at the carrier).

Map the statuses

Link DigyLog statuses to your Sendocki stages, so that your orders move automatically through your pipeline.

Test then activate

Sendocki checks the connection, then DigyLog becomes available for shipping.
Once the mapping is done, you no longer have to understand the carrier’s codes: Sendocki translates everything into clear statuses (in transit, delivered, return…).
