The indicators at the top

Active members

How many agents worked over the period, on the confirmation and delivery sides.

Top confirmation agent

The one with the best confirmation rate.

Top delivery agent

The one with the best delivery rate.

Agent to support

The one whose results deserve support (from a sufficient volume onward).

Confirmation agents

A table details each agent: orders assigned, processed, confirmation rate, reachability, average processing time. By clicking a row, you open the call detail: answered, no answer, to call back, refused, wrong number — and the time before the first call.
The time before the first call is often the most profitable lever: the faster you call a customer back, the more you confirm.

Delivery agents

Another table tracks delivery agents: parcels shipped, delivered, delivery rate, returns and return rate. Agents with no activity over the period are flagged to avoid false readings.

Performance by team

Beyond individuals, you compare your teams against each other (members, confirmation rate, delivery rate), and a curve tracks the change of the top confirmation agents over time, with a trend alert.
This tab relies on orders as they are assigned to your agents. Good assignment = reliable statistics. See Teams and Users.
