As your business grows, your plan can grow with it. Plan changes are made from the subscription summary, on the Billing page.
Choosing a higher plan

When to change plan?

You often exceed your plan

If you top up credits every cycle, a higher plan is probably a better fit.

Your volume is rising for the long run

Sales growth, a new channel, a strong season: move up a tier to keep pace.

How to change plan

1

Open the plans

From the subscription summary, click “View plans”.
2

Choose your new plan

Compare and select the plan that matches your volume.
3

Confirm the change

A plan-change invoice is generated. Pay it by bank transfer — see Pay my invoice.
4

Your new plan activates

Once the payment is received, your new plan takes effect and your subscription summary is updated.

The prerequisite: no unpaid invoices

To change plan, you must first settle your pending invoices. If you have unpaid invoices, the app flags it and invites you to put things right before continuing.
First pay your overdue invoices from your history, then restart the plan change.
