Prerequisites (to prepare)

  • An active WooCommerce store, on HTTPS
  • Administrator access to your WordPress
  • A WooCommerce REST API key (key + secret), to generate from your admin

How the connection will work

Generate an API key in WooCommerce

From your WordPress admin: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key. Give it a description (e.g. “Sendocki”) and Read/Write permissions. WooCommerce then displays a key (starting with ck_) and a secret (starting with cs_).

Copy the key and the secret

These two values are displayed only once: copy them immediately.

Enter them in Sendocki

In Sendocki, open Connectors, choose WooCommerce, then enter your store URL, your key and your secret.

Test then activate

Sendocki checks the connection. Once validated, your WooCommerce orders start being imported.
Never share your API secret over an unsecured channel. If in doubt, revoke the key in WooCommerce and generate a new one.
