The Finance tab in Analytics tells you what your business really brings in, once all costs are deducted. It connects your revenue, your costs, your losses and your collection to reveal your net margin — the indicator that matters most in COD.
The Finance tab may be restricted to certain roles. If you see a restricted-access message, ask your account administrator for Finance access. See Users.

The indicators at the top

Delivered revenue

The revenue from orders actually delivered.

Logistics costs

Your delivery and return costs.

Lost revenue

The revenue that slips away from you (detailed below).

Net margin

What you have left, once all costs are deducted.

The waterfall: from gross to net

A waterfall retraces the journey of your money, step by step: from the total revenue created, we remove what is lost and what is still in progress, then we deduct the cost of products, delivery costs, return costs and commissions — to arrive at your net margin.
The waterfall is the most telling picture of your profitability: it shows where each dirham goes between the sale and what stays in your pocket.

Where your money leaks

A dedicated block breaks down your lost revenue at the shipping boundary, where COD bleeds the most:

Shipped, not delivered

Parcels that left but never reached the customer. The most painful loss: you paid the outbound leg (and often the return).

Cancelled before shipping

Orders lost before they even left. A shortfall, with no shipping cost.

Delivered then returned

Parcels delivered but sent back. You stack up the outbound and return costs.

The collection of your cash

In COD, delivering doesn’t mean being paid. A block tracks the journey of your cash: what is already collected, what is pending with the carrier, and what is disputed — with an alert on amounts that are dragging on too long.
For day-to-day operational tracking of your COD cash, the dedicated tool is the Collection tab on the Delivery page.
