The notifications you receive

🧾 New invoice

An invoice has just been generated for your period.

⚠️ Overdue invoice

An invoice has passed its due date. Pay it to keep shipping.

✅ Invoice paid

Your payment has been received. Thank you!

💳 Payment confirmed

Your payment has been confirmed successfully.

⏸ Account suspended

The account has been suspended due to unpaid invoices.

▶️ Account reactivated

Your account is active again. Happy shipping!

⌛ Expired credits

Some credits on your account have expired.

Using the notifications panel

Open the panel

Access your billing notifications from the Billing page.

Filter if needed

Switch between “All” and “Unread” to focus on what needs action.

Mark as read

Use “Mark all as read” once you’ve gone through everything.
The most important notifications — overdue invoice, suspension — are also relayed through a visible banner in the app and by email. You won’t miss them.

I’m not receiving my billing emails

Billing emails can land in your junk folder. Add Sendocki’s address to your contacts.
Invoices are sent to the email linked to your account. Make sure it’s correct.
Your invoices are always available in your history. For a persistent email issue, contact support.
