The Subscription & Billing page brings together everything related to your account: what you’ve used this month, the status of your subscription, your invoices and your credit balance. It’s where you pay, download your receipts and manage your plan.
You can reach it from your account menu. Keep this in mind: whenever a payment question comes up, it all starts from this page.

The page’s sections

Cycle usage

The number of parcels shipped since the start of your current period, and how many you have left. Your live counter.

Subscription summary

Your current plan, the next renewal date and the billing rhythm (monthly or yearly). This is also where you pause, change plan or cancel.

Credit balance

Your available credits — extra parcels you can use on top of your plan. Along with the nearest expiry date.

Invoice history

All your invoices, their status (paid, pending, overdue), and the PDF download.
