
Where to see my balance
The Credit balance section of the Billing page shows:| Information | Detail |

| 💼 Current balance | The number of extra parcels available |
| ⏳ Upcoming expiry | The date on which part of your credits expires |
Credits aren’t available on every plan. If your plan doesn’t allow top-ups, the section says so (“Not applicable to your current plan”).

Confirm and pay
A top-up invoice is generated. Pay it by bank transfer like any standard invoice — see Pay my invoice.
Credit expiry
Your credits have a validity date. The Balance section shows the nearest expiry so you can use them in time. When credits are about to expire, you’re notified.Frequently asked questions

Your plan covers a volume of parcels each period, which renews. Credits are a one-off supplement, usable beyond the plan, that you buy when you need them.
