Credits are extra parcels you can use on top of what your plan includes. They act as a safety valve: an order spike, a busy end of cycle, and you keep shipping without changing your plan.

Where to see my balance

The Credit balance section of the Billing page shows:

💼 Current balanceThe number of extra parcels available
Upcoming expiryThe date on which part of your credits expires
Credits aren’t available on every plan. If your plan doesn’t allow top-ups, the section says so (“Not applicable to your current plan”).

Select the volume of extra parcels you want.
Credit top-up
3

Confirm and pay

A top-up invoice is generated. Pay it by bank transfer like any standard invoice — see Pay my invoice.
4

Your credits are added

Once the payment is received, your balance is credited and you can ship beyond your plan.
Plan ahead for spikes: topping up before a big wave of orders saves you from any interruption at the worst possible moment.

Credit expiry

Your credits have a validity date. The Balance section shows the nearest expiry so you can use them in time. When credits are about to expire, you’re notified.
Remember to use your credits before their expiry date. Once expired, they’re no longer available.
