The Products tab in Analytics looks at your catalog with a business eye: which products really sell, which come back too often, which pay off, and at what pace they go out. Enough to decide what to highlight and what to fix.

The indicators at the top

Active products

How many products (and variants) generated orders.

Star product

Your best seller over the period.

At-risk product

The product with the most worrying return rate.

Gross margin on delivered

Your margin on delivered products (if your costs are filled in).

The analyzed catalog

A table details each product (and its variants): orders, quantity, revenue, delivery rate, return rate, margin and a visual risk indicator. You can search for a product and expand its variants.
Risk colorReading
🟢 GreenLow return rate — all good
🟠 OrangeTo watch
🔴 RedHigh return rate — to fix
⚪️ GrayToo few orders to conclude
The margin shows only if the cost of your products is filled in. If the catalog is incomplete, the indicator flags it for you rather than showing a wrong figure.

Volume vs revenue

Two rankings side by side: your products by volume sold and by revenue. The gaps are instructive:

Sold a lot, little revenue

Check the return rate or the margin: a best-seller that comes back a lot can cost more than it brings in.

Sold little, high revenue

A premium product to push more: it pays off big per order.

At-risk products

A list isolates the products whose return rate exceeds a high threshold (above a minimum order volume, to stay reliable), from the riskiest to the least risky.
Compare the photos and descriptions of these products with the return reasons your team reports. Often, the problem comes from a gap between what is promised and what is delivered.

Sales pace

For a chosen product, two grids show when it sells: by day of the week and by time slot (night, morning, afternoon, evening). Ideal for timing your campaigns and follow-ups at the right moment.
