The Deliveries tab measures what happens after shipping: what arrives safely, what comes back, where, with which carrier, and in how much time. It’s your tool for steering delivery quality.

The indicators at the top

Shipped & delivered

The total volume shipped and the volume actually delivered.

Delivery rate

The share of shipped parcels that are delivered.

Return rate

The share of shipped parcels that come back. To watch closely.

Lead times

Average delivery time and average duration of a return.

Performance by city

A table ranks your delivery cities with, for each one: volume, delivery rate, return rate and lead times. You immediately see which areas pull your results up or down.
A city with high volume and a high return rate deserves an investigation: local carrier, imprecise addresses, or poorly calibrated customer expectations.

Delivery vs return

A chart compares, for your most relevant cities, the delivery rate (in green) and the return rate (in red). Handy for spotting problem areas at a glance.

Carrier performance

A table compares your carriers: volume entrusted, delivery rate, average lead time and average cost. When you work with several carriers, it’s the objective referee for deciding which area to entrust to whom.
If you have only one carrier, this table still stays informative and will fill in more the day you add others.

Trend of top cities

A curve tracks the change in delivery rate of your most active cities, with a trend alert flagging those that are improving or deteriorating.
To stay readable, this curve displays at least by week, even if you have chosen a daily granularity.
