The Cycle usage section tells you, at any time, how many parcels you’ve shipped since the start of your current period and how many you have left before this period ends. It’s your reference point so you’re never caught off guard.

The counter resets to zero at every cycle renewal. What you shipped during the previous period stays available in your invoice history.

As you get close to your plan’s cap, keep an eye on the counter so you can decide in time.

Two ways to keep going

If you expect to exceed it: top up credits or move to a higher plan.
A sales spike on the horizon (promo, end of month, holiday season)? Take a look at the counter before the wave so you can set off with peace of mind.

What happens when I reach my limit?

You’re notified right inside the app. Depending on your situation, you’ll be offered the option to top up credits or pay the related invoice so you can keep shipping without interruption. Everything is done from the Billing page.
