Do you manage your orders in a Google Sheet? Connect it to Sendocki and every new row automatically becomes an order. No more copy-paste: you add a row, Sendocki creates the order.
The Google Sheets connector is available to all Sendocki merchants at no extra cost. It’s the simplest way to get started if you don’t have a Shopify or YouCan store yet.

How it works

  • You choose the sheet to connect yourself — Sendocki accesses nothing else in your Google Drive.
  • Access is read-only: Sendocki reads your rows but never modifies your sheet.
  • The sheet is re-read automatically, at regular intervals: new rows become orders without you doing anything.
  • Each row is imported only once — no duplicates, even if you sync several times.

Prerequisites

  • A Google account with a spreadsheet that holds your orders (one row = one order)
  • A title row in your sheet (Name, Phone, City, Product…) so Sendocki can recognize your columns
  • A Sendocki account already created (Create my account)

Connecting

1

Go to Connectors

In Sendocki, open the Connectors page, click the Google Sheets card, then Connect.

2

Authorize Google

Sendocki first explains what it will be able to do: read only the sheet you choose, never modify it. Click Continue with Google and sign in to your Google account.
On the Google screen, pick the account that holds your sheet, then allow read access. You’ll choose the exact sheet right after.
3

Choose your sheet

Back in Sendocki, click Choose my Google sheet. The Google picker opens: select the file that holds your orders.

4

Point to the tab and the title row

Choose the tab that holds your orders. Sendocki automatically detects the row with your column titles — check it and adjust if needed.
5

Match the columns

Sendocki automatically recognizes your columns (in English, French or Arabic) and maps them to the parts of an order. Check the mapping:
  • Your customer: Name, Phone, City
  • The order: Product, Quantity, Total to collect, Unit price (optional — computed if you leave it empty), Order no. (optional)

The Order no. is optional: if your sheet doesn’t have one, Sendocki still tells each order apart to avoid duplicates.
6

Choose which existing rows to import

Last step: what about the rows already in the sheet?
  • Only new ones: Sendocki imports only the rows added from now on.
  • Also import recent existing ones: Sendocki also picks up the most recent rows already there (up to a reasonable limit, so it doesn’t import everything at once).
A preview shows you what will be imported before you confirm.
7

Finish

Click Finish. Your sheet is connected, the status turns “Active”, and your first orders appear in Sendocki.

Automatic synchronization

Once the sheet is connected, there’s nothing more to do. Sendocki re-reads your sheet automatically, at regular intervals, and creates an order for each new row. You can also force an update anytime with the Sync now button on the connector card — handy right after adding several rows.

Rows to fix

If a row is incomplete — for example a missing or invalid name, phone, city, product, quantity or total — Sendocki won’t create a broken order. It flags the row as “to fix” and moves on to the next.
1

Spot the flagged rows

The connector card shows how many rows need fixing and why (e.g. “Phone missing”).
2

Fix them in your Google sheet

Open your sheet and complete the row directly.
3

Re-sync

Click Sync now. The fixed row imports without creating a duplicate.

If your sheet’s structure changes

As long as you add rows, everything keeps working. But if you rename or move the columns you had mapped, Sendocki no longer knows where to read the information and pauses syncing so it doesn’t create wrong orders. When that happens, open the connector, check the column mapping and reconnect. Your already-created orders stay intact.

Disconnect a sheet

1

Go to Connectors

Open the Google Sheets connector, menu → Disconnect.
2

Confirm

New rows will no longer be imported. Your already-created orders remain in Sendocki (consultable history).

You decide at connection time: either only new rows, or also the recent rows already there. To avoid importing everything at once, picking up existing rows is limited to the most recent ones.
No. Each row is imported only once, even if you run several syncs or fix a flagged row.
Yes. Sendocki automatically recognizes your column titles in English, French and Arabic. You can always adjust the mapping manually at the “Match the columns” step.
